David Ballard

A writer-producer-actor who has produced over 200 hours of broadcast programming for such networks as Discovery, History and Spike, and has appeared as an actor on such series as DEADLY SINS, DEEP UNDERCOVER, I ALMOST GOT AWAY WITH IT and MANSWERS.

Marvin Hayes

One of the most prolific director/producer has become the perfect cliche in the world of Tinsel Town. Born in Los Angeles,Marvin Hayes has developed a remarkable talent in writing, producing, and now directing with his nuance innovative visualization inside the craft of “Filmmaking”. CEO of Marvelous Films, founded in 2008. Marvin is focused on making the best films keeping audiences abroad engaged in good entertainment.

Juan Caceres

Head Programmer for the Urbanworld Film Festival, and an independent multimedia producer/filmmaker, whose credits include Elliot Loves, an award-winning feature film that was released through TLA on various platforms (such as HBO, HULU, and Amazon). His greatest pride is being a founding member and Director of Programming for the HBO-presented New York International Latino International Film Festival (1999 – 2012).

Jacques Thelemaque

An award-winning writer, producer and director who founded the Los Angeles filmmaking collective Filmmakers Alliance in 1993 and FA Productions in 2004. He was also Chief Community Officer of Withoutabox.com in 2005. Jacques has also been a programming associate at the Los Angeles Film Festival since 2011 and has been an advisor, board member, programmer, juror or invited speaker at numerous film-related organizations and events.
